Many years of expertise in the area of transfer pricing

We are a joint venture in response to the increasing challenges that national and international legislators have placed on transfer pricing consulting and documentation.

Our company was founded in 2023 by the HLB law firms Ganteführer, Düsseldorf, and HLB Schumacher, Münster, as a joint venture to provide advice on all aspects of transfer pricing. With HLB Schumacher Ganteführer Transfer Pricing GmbH, the two law firms are pooling their expertise in this segment. The basis for this is the close cooperation between the two firms that has existed for years. The aim of this specialization is to further expand the excellent advice provided to previous clients and the acquisition of new clients due to the focus on this promising topic.

We have specialized in the following areas in particular:

• Consulting and Structuring (advice on the design of TP systems)
• Digitalisaton (software solutions also for SMEs)
• Compliance and Tax Certainty (documentation and agreement of Advance Pricing Agreements)
• Litigation (assistance in tax audits, dispute avoidance and resolution, mutual agreement procedures and litigation).
